Hidden Oaks Clubhouse
Located in a secluded neighborhood between More Mesa and Hope Ranch, the Hidden Oaks Clubhouse provides a private setting for both indoor and outdoor events. Complete with a gazebo, putting green, sun deck, and several different rooms, this venue is perfect for hosting ceremonies, meetings, parties, and receptions. How you chose to use each of the areas is completely up to you, the venue and accommodations allow for creativity and flexibility with the space.
The clubhouse itself overlooks the pool and sundeck area, and specific rooms boast gorgeous mountain views. The well manicured outdoor area features equally stunning views and a large space for up to 100 guests.
By providing a low-key, intimate setting with beautiful views and flexible use of the space, the Hidden Oaks Clubhouse guarantees a private event area that will satisfy couples on a budget.

A $450 deposit is required to reserve your date; rental fees range from $500 – $1,850 depending on the details of the event, such as season, day of the week and duration. Late fees will be assessed for departure 15 minutes after pre-arranged time. Clean-up fees will be assessed for facilities not left as found after 12pm on the following day. Any violation of sound rules, broken glass on lower deck or departure deadline results in a 200 dollar fine per violation.
80 people indoors, 100 guest maximum outdoors
There are several areas available for use on the property. The outside lawn, or Mountain View Yard, can be used as either a reception or ceremony area. The area outside the clubhouse includes a pool and patio, which can be utilized or not based on the event. The Lanai Club Room inside the clubhouse has a view of the pool, and a large table ideal for meetings. The Vista Lounge is also located inside the clubhouse, and features mountain, pool, stream and waterfall views. The Vista Lounge also has two fireplaces, a piano, and a sound system including a microphone and DVD player. There is also the Billiard Room, with optional buffet and card tables, in addition to a Bridal Dressing Room with a bed, TV, and plenty of mirrors. The groom’s dressing area is a part of the Library, which also features a fireplace and sound system. The pricing for these areas vary, so contact the site manager for more information.

Bridal Dressing Room:
The clubhouse has several rooms that would be perfect for a bridal dressing room, depending on how much of the facility you chose to reserve.
Adhere to basic rules outlined on the contract, assume responsibility for guests and vendors. All guests will be required to sign a guest register on arrival or a roster copy provided following the event.
Available year-round; hours of operation are between 11am – 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 11am – 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
All food and drink must be catered onto the facility.
There are 52 paved spaces, and 30 grass spaces. Valet is required for over 75 Guests.
There is a sound system available for both indoor and outdoor use, along with a microphone and DVD player. There is no music allowed after 10:30pm.
Alcohol is allowed on the premises, but not provided. Excessive alcohol consumption is not tolerated, so hosts are expected to keep guests under control.
What is Provided:
Rental furniture available, heaters, chairs provided for up to 40 guests, ceremony sound system, lectern, ceremony arch.
Provided by the host. There is no rice, plastic or foil “sprinkles” allowed on the property to be used as decoration, inside or outside.
Event insurance is the responsibility of the host, with the expectation that guests will honor the contract provided at the time of the booking. A sample contract is viewable on the website.
A $250 deposit is required to reserve the date of your event. This deposit will not be returned if the event is cancelled within 30 days of this date.
