For 2016 PANTONE announced the colors of the year to be Rose Quartz and Serenity. The trend-setting forces of Joy Proctor and NLC Productions mustered up this gorgeous table top including both of the colors as well as incorporating corals and beach elements to create an effortless beachfront private dinner.
Rose Quartz is a pink translucent variety of quartz. A stone of the heart and a Crystal of Unconditional Love, it supports connection within groups and community. A winner and goal for all gatherings and special events. It is no surprise that this stone is known to stimulate the imagination. Something that this tabletop has a lot of.
Serenity is weightless and airy, the state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled. Just like a beach horizon, serenity conveys of the blue sky above us, bringing feelings of repose and relaxation even in turbulent times, a sense of composure.
This table top showcase the Serenity color from afar, bringing the eye to the glassware and linens.
Stepping in a little closer, the light and gentle touches of Rose Quartz come thru in the plate-ware made of glass and pink shell stacked on top cradling the tropical pink orchids.

The Solvang Trolley, also known as the Honen (“The Hen” in Danish), was introduced in 1964 when Axel Nielsen hired Chris Kleebo to build a motorized, Danish-style streetcar. In 1973, H.H.H. Rasmussen took over the trolley and made it available to Solvang visitors, giving tours of the Danish town pulled by two horses.
Throughout the years, the company has expanded to offer a variety of horse-drawn carriage services appropriate for almost any occasion. They offer a quaint, charming way to enjoy the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley that is relaxing, and in many ways, romantic. They are also available for various private events on location throughout the Santa Barbara County.

“Eve was not taken out of Adam’s head to top him, neither out of his feet to be trampled on by him,
but out of his side to be equal with him, under his arm to be protected by him,
and near his heart to be loved by him.”
