The space features an upstairs loft, downstairs open area, and bar that can be decorated and transformed to fit the needs of your event. Perhaps the most striking feature of The Loft is the local artwork, which can be used as much or as little as desired. By combining the raw talent of the artists with the beach setting, The Loft truly captures the essence of the Santa Barbara “Funk Zone.” The site owners are very easy-going and excited to share their space, as well as offer their insider connections to the best vendors and services in town. Site Fee:
$850 for entire day, $175 per hour (3 hour minimum). There is flexibility with the hours and rates if the party wishes to start at the venue and return later on in the day.

Requirements:
For credit cards, the owners require a 50% deposit in order to hold the date of the event. They also ask that the host provides security at the front door.
Time Allotments:
Parties quiet down at around 10 or 11 pm on weekdays, and last until midnight on weekends.

Parking:
There is street parking available surrounding the venue, in addition to nearby lots available to the public.
Music:
Music is to quiet down by the aforementioned hours. The venue allows for both DJs and live music or bands.
Alcohol Policy:
Licensed; if the party wishes to sell alcohol, contact the owners for more information.
What is Provided:
Help with concept design, bar service, catering, DJs, event photography, lighting and sound, live music, security, transportation, and menu planning. The owners also provide optional furniture, art pieces, and multimedia capabilities.

The owners ask that all cancellations are communicated at least a week before the event.
