Located in the picturesque Santa Ynez Valley, Zaca Creek Ranch (“ZCR”) offers a ranch chic barn and outdoor event space.  Resting in the center of 1600 pristine acres, the residence at ZCR is sumptuous without losing its “cowboy” charm. Each room  presents a different view of  grassy hills and oak canopied canyons, windows on “Old California.” Whether strolling the outdoor barbeque and picnic areas or enjoying a glass of local wine on one of the four outdoor decks, Zaca Creek Ranch delivers the ultimate in  beauty and privacy for your Santa Ynez ranch private reception, wedding or celebration.

 

 

The “barn residence” sits amidst three acres of fields and rolling hills, and was smartly created with the one bedroom suite complete with restroom and kitchenette, which can be rented for the weekend.  The panoramic views of the Santa Ynez mountains, and contains amazing sunsets.

 

 

There is also two covered areas on either side of the barn, and an outdoor entertainment area features ample room and facilities to support outdoor receptions, barbeques, campfires and musical entertainment.

 

 

This is a Ceremony and Reception Venue with overnight accommodations available for additional rental.

Pricing: $$$$ – $$$$$ (5-10K)

Capacity: 90 inside the barn, 200 outside

Areas: ceremony lawn, barn, cocktail and fire pit area.

Restrooms: one available with bridal suite, must rent

Bridal Dressing Room: available on site

Requirements: transportation, bring in professional caterer, all rentals needed, no smoking allowed on premises

Catering: A certified, professional caterer required.

Parking: only 3 vehicles allowed on site, guest shuttles required.

Music: allowed until 10 p.m.

Alcohol Policy: provide own alcohol, poured by a licensed caterer or bartending service

What is Provided: day-use bridal changing room, firepit (non-fire months) grill, heaters, generator, movable staging for band

Decoration: lighting needed.   Alterations of the Ranch (including trees, buildings, fences and improvements) are expressly prohibited. Nothing may be attached or affixed to the barns, trees, fences or improvements.  No equipment, materials, or decorations may be hung from trees without the prior written consent of the owner.

Insurance: Event liability insurance required

Cancellation Policy: non-refundable 50% deposit up.  Non refundable full deposit up to 60 days before event.
