Santa Barbara Wine Country is not just for wine-o’s.  Firestone Walker Brewing Company’s “The Taproom” in Santa Ynez is perfect if wine isn’t your thing and you prefer to sip on pints.

The Taproom celebrates unique tastes and showcases fresh ingredients from local sources, offering regional cuisine, beer and wine.  Their freshly brewed beer makes appearances in several dishes, and even spent grains from the brewhouse are used in their pizza dough.  For the beer aficionado, taproom-only brews (such as Unfiltered Double Barrel Ale and seasonal selections) are available on a rotating basis, perfect for a bachelor party pizza n’ Ale-tasting fest.

Designed with Old World Charm, this venue features a stainless steel and oak bar, dark wood tables and chairs, and a spacious room paneled in wood from French Oak wine barrels.

There are three options to entertain your guests in this pub.  You may celebrate amidst dinner guests in the main dining area, which is adorned with oak tables and a brushed stainless steel bar.

If you prefer privacy, the Reserve Room is perfect for special events up to 50 people.  This cozy private dining room features barn wood beams, French Oak wine barrel staves, a private bar and a small built in stage.

If you have a larger guest count, renting out the entire Taproom and Pub is an option at this rustic venue, which accommodates up to 200 brew lovers.

The Reserve Room: $1,000 food and beverage minimum.

Buy Out: $20,000 food and beverage minimum (Fri-Sun & Holidays), $10,000 food and beverage minimum (Mon-Thurs)

** Parties of 20 or more are subject to a  20% service charge

Capacity:
The private Reserve Room holds up to 50 guests, but you also have the option to “Buy Out” the entire Taproom Restaurant and Pub allowing a max of 150 guests seated or 200 standing.

Requirements:
Pre-fix menu required for parties of 20 or more guests. Final confirmation or guaranteed minimum number  of guests required seven days prior to the event.

A reservation deposit fee in the amount of $300.00 is due upon the completion of a signed Event Contract. The deposit is applied to the final bill and becomes non-refundable when the contract is signed.

Time Allotments:
The Taproom: Dinner served 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Lunch served in bar 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday – Sunday

The Reserve Room: Closes at 10:00pm

“Buy Out”: 5:00pm to 10:00pm

Music:
Reserve Room: “background” music allowed, but not amplified

“Buy Out”: You can bring your own music and Firestone will plug it into their system. You can bring in a small band if desired.

Alcohol Policy:
All beverages must be provided by The Taproom which serves handcrafted Firestone ales on tap and an extensive list of Santa Barbara County’s best wines. No hard liquor allowed on premises. Non Alcoholic Beverages also available.

What is Provided:
Candles, tablecloths, round or long tables, ipod with music playlists, printed menus

Insurance:
None required

Cancellation Policy: A final confirmation or guaranteed minimum number of guests is required seven days prior to the event. This number will be considered the final count, and the minimum charges will be made accordingly.
