Chris lived in Santa Barbara and attended UCSB and he and Sarah dated long distance for a while. Although she visited frequently, they both wanted to live in the same city. Chris took a year off from school and moved to Texas to be with Sarah while she was finishing law school. Once she graduated they moved to Santa Barbara (together!) so that Chris could complete his degree. We wanted to celebrate and include the city of Santa Barbara as the back-drop to their new life together, so we decided on a nautical engagement session. It was an easy decision to make given that the SB Harbor is so gorgeous.
