As a third-generation Santa Barbaran, it is an honor to share my hometown with others. 99% of all my weddings are couples from out of town, with the heaviest concentration from Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco and New York. The options for the ideal Santa Barbara wedding location are multitudinous and the professionals with whom I work at every venue are some of the finest in the world.
With today’s economy, the number one priority for my clients is “value”. One of the most impressive Santa Barbara wedding locations is what I have always called a “hidden crown jewel” of Santa Barbara. It embodies quintessential Spanish/Santa Barbara architecture, cozy fireplaces, ample , flexible event space, sweeping views of Santa Barbara proper, as well as the Harbor and Channel Islands and includes all of the things couples are looking for for their Santa Barbara wedding experience. It is the Montecito Country Club.
But beyond the visual elements of this elegant venue is that it may be the best value in Santa Barbara. Owned by Ty Warner and sister property to the world-renowned Four Seasons Biltmore, The Montecito Country Club offers all the elements of upscale service and attention to detail at an exceptional value.
The Montecito Country Club boasts a wide range of clientele – from locals to celebrities. One of my favorite weddings ever at the Montecito Country Club was that of Jennie and Kris (pictured above). Stay tuned for their full wedding album in tomorrow’s post!
