Old world charm – elegant, comfortable, private. Perfect for gatherings and entertaining. Seven bedrooms (including master honeymoon suite and separate poolside temple) comfortably sleep up to 20 guests.

What is Provided:
You will have full access to the entire property for 3 days. Each of the units is equipped and set up as a fully furnished dwelling including linens, blankets, towels, toiletries, and fully equipped kitchen. Event rentals such as tables, chairs, extra dishes & decor are at your discretion.
Decoration: The homes are decorated and furnished, but no other event decoration is provided, you are welcome to decorate as much or as little as you like.

Located in Montecito, this enchanting 1920s Mediterranean home of renowned winemaker Bryan Babcock and his wife Lisa screams quaint and character. The lush landscaping is evident from the driveway upon first glance. True to its era, past the front door into the arched and tiled foyer, you may believe you have stepped back in time in the French Countryside. The luscious, meticulously manicured lawns provide a beautiful outdoor location for a wedding reception.
The warm colored dining room comfortably seats up to ten guests and is conveniently situated next to the gourmet kitchen. Well equipped, the cheery kitchen, with fantastic garden view, features a 6-burner Wolf range with double oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and stainless refrigerator, as well as accessories for meal preparation and service. Adjacent to the dining area, is the large, cozy family room with views of the majestic oaks, flower garden, and fountain. Curl up with a book or watch a movie in this gorgeous room with beamed ceiling and beautiful old world fireplace.
Upstairs houses four charming bedrooms, three of which have their own bathrooms. The master, with an en suite bathroom has a shower, garden view, television and romantic balcony.
Down a stone path, the two-story guest cottage’s charm is a reflection of the main residence. The upstairs is bright, with high beamed ceilings and is thoughtfully appointed with a queen bed, charming decor, and two sets of French doors leading to a large balcony. There is a full bath upstairs as well, with a beautiful vintage tiled floor. Guest-ready, this cottage includes a sleeper sofa, desk and a kitchenette with a small fridge, sink, coffee maker, microwave and toaster, and a cute table with seating perfect for a morning scone and coffee.

Catering: Client must hire professional certified catering company. All kitchen equipment must be rented.
Parking: Minimal parking available on site, you can rent the school next door for a nominal fee and have guest parking a few steps away.
Music: No amplified music allowed.
Alcohol Policy: Client must provide own alcohol. Wine club members receive a discount on wine.
Decoration: Most decoration is okay, as long as there is no nailing or restructuring of the building.
Heartstone Ranch is an 12 acre Equestrian Estate in the Carpinteria foothills with expansive lawn areas, oak trees, multiple garden settings. A tropical garden with palms, pond and waterfall, a formal garden with roses, and a Moonlight Garden with all white flowers are just a few of the available settings.
For something more casual, there is an outdoor entertainment area available with BBQ, full kitchen, separate bar, Stone fireplace, lighting and music.
The lawns and patio areas provide ample room for tents or canopies with seating for 250 that is in addition to the lower lawn area with a romantic stone wedding altar with arbor and guest seating on the lawn for the ceremony. The Ocean, Mountain and Pastoral views are beautiful and provides a wonderful ambiance for an outdoor wedding.
Heartstone Ranch is a great venue for a private outdoor wedding at a secluded and gorgeous estate in the foothills of Carpinteria.

Villa Sevillano is a classic Mediterranean estate which sits amidst 22 acres of well manicured grounds, a private equestrian facility and exercise field. Located in Carpinteria, the estate’s expansive property and panoramic Pacific views are enough to make you want to stay for a while. It is, however, the property’s 14 person sleeping capacity and dynamic event hosting possibilities which make it ideal for a wedding weekend rental.
As you enter the long lush driveway and orchard, you are greeted by a front garden patio with palms centering a picturesque koi pond and fountain. Once inside, the expansive ocean view living, dining and breakfast rooms feature exquisite Italian touches. The well laid out estate allows for easy hosting with its open kitchen and doorway leading outdoors to the infinity pool and jacuzzi.
The second-floor holds three bedrooms with en suite baths and the master suite, all overlooking the exercise field and ocean.
The lowest level of the home, accessible by elevator, is centered by an enormous recreation room. One end is grounded by a custom bar, pool table and seating area all overlooking the equestrian grounds. Adjacent to the bar is a nine-seat carpeted theater media room, fully wired with in-wall audio. As you make your way down the hall, you find an elegant dark-wood wine room ideal for the wine enthusiast.
This gorgeous estate is ideal for a weekend of events. The on site polo field easily holds up to 300 guests for a seated dinner. The olive and citrus orchards, formal gardens, and infinity edge pool all make for beautiful settings to hold receptions, cocktail hour and ceremonies.

Reservations require a signed contract and refundable security deposit to secure your date. Wedding planner required. Due to the sensitivity of the polo field, a few precautions must be taken: no stakes can be used, no trucks are allowed on the field. Tenting is allowed with the use of water barrels.
The two garages can be turned into a catering kitchen. The caterer must provide all staff for food service, bar service, set up of all equipment, break down of all equipment, and clean up of site area. You must rent a dumpster to remove trash at he end of the event.
Valet Parking or Shuttle Services are required.
Generator required. Amplified music is permitted; however, the site manager reserves the right to terminate the music if complaints are received. All music must end at 10 pm. (No exceptions.)
Client provides own alcohol. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume any alcoholic beverage.
