This adorable, inspirational shoot was shared by Mirelle Carmichael Photography and set just north of Santa Barbara in San Luis Obispo at the Flying Caballos Guest Ranch. With handmade kites, fairy light jars, watermelon pinks, sunny yellows and fluffy sheep–this is just about as charming as it gets!
As the hills turn green and wild flowers blanket the wine country roadside with brilliant hues of yellow and purple–it seems that Spring has most certainly arrived in Santa Barbara. It’s a great time for celebrating with family, friends and bringing fresh seasonal delights to the table.
Moroccan style serves as a popular source of design inspiration for many Santa Barbara weddings and events. Although we have covered Moroccan inspired invitations before, this one by Lazaro Press & Design is particularly fabulous and comes from an inspiration post that was featured by Style Unveiled and also featured amazing florals of Nico Designs, luscious linens by La Tavola, beauty by Luna Bella Make-up Art, and of course all of the photos are by the talented Melissa Musgrove.
Many of our Santa Barbara Brides and Grooms have probably been creating creating inspirations boards for their weddings from the moment they became engaged. Pinterest is just another great way to do the same thing. First you request an invitation to join Pinterest, then you can start to “Pin” all of your favorite images of your wedding inspiration and easily organize them into categories to share with friends and family. Pinterest is not only a useful tool but it’s really fun and addictive to!
Many of your favorite wedding blogs are on Pinterest. Much like Twitter you can follow favorite boards and others will follow yours as well. You can find our boards here:
