Set against the backdrop of the historic Crossroads House, the Crossroads Estate in Santa Ynez features an elegantly large rustic pole barn to accommodate a variety of events and entertainments. The adjacent meadow unfolds as a beautiful oak-studded expanse of manicured green grass for additional event accommodations and options.
The Pole Barn features a raised stage, overhead lighting, a built-in oak bar and dance area. It can easily accommodate a party of 125 to 350 seated guests. Wrought iron chandeliers add to the atmosphere of rustic elegance. The raised stage is lit and can accommodate a sizeable band or ceremony. A built-in sound system allows for public address, live or recorded music. Newly built walls along the north and west sides of the pole barn will allow for a more comfortable outdoor event without obstructing the view. The south wall remains open during the summer months, however clear plastic sidewalls are available during the colder season. The Meadow may be tented for larger events.
The Two Oaks provide a perfect canopy during summer months for a ceremony. The majestic hundred-year-old oak tree makes an impressive alter.
The Rose Garden Lawn is another wonderful choice for a ceremony, especially in the later fall days when your guests will enjoy taking full advantage of the warm autumn sun.
The Three Oaks provide canopy for the cocktail hour while your guests enjoy a glass of wine or ale and the bride and groom pose for photographs.
The Crossroads House is a historic 5,000 sq.ft. residence has four gorgeous bedrooms, five full baths and two half baths. The interior is a connoisseur’s dream, highlighted by plush Queen Anne embellishments, intricate woodwork and luxurious appointments. The house offers all of the modern amenities including Internet service. The 3,000 sq.ft. porch encircling the house provides dramatic views of the San Rafael Mountains and serves as the ideal setting for outdoor dining.

Dining Room-Exuding historic simplicity, the Dining Room boasts ornate chandeliers, grand fireplace and beautiful artwork. You may choose to have the dance floor revealed in the center of your dining guests, or just have your First Dance here, with guests dancing in the adjoining bar. Votive candles, and all tables, linens, chairs, flatware and stemware are included
Library- this stately rom ideally lends itself as a dinner buffet or dessert buffet room. With a beautiful fireplace, chandeliers, rich woodwork, and wall-to-wall books, food and beverage can be revealed to your guests at any point in the evening.
Bride’s Suit- the bride’s Suite is yours for the day, inclusive of a living room, restroom (even a shower!) and foyer. A Butler Attendant will deliver champagne, Coffee, Tea and Snacks to your room while you get ready with your bridal party, so you can enjoy a stress-free day!
Groom’s Suit-The groom and his bridal party will enjoy having a suit just as amazing as the bride! complete with two pool tables, flat screen TV, and an adjoining bar, you will capture photos he’s to remember! A Butler Attendant will deliver Champagne, Coffee, Tea and snacks to the room, and assist with anything else you may need.
Alumni Room-Overlooking Alice keck Park, this light and airy room is great for a small cocktail reception or dinner party. For larger events, you may consider this as a dedicated Child Care room. Wait staff will be happy to deliver Kid’s meals right to their room.
Sola Room-The smallest of all the mansion rooms, this secluded space is great to have as an extra changing room, or storage room. The Sola Room is also idea as a Vendor Room so that your vendors can store equipment out of site from your guests
Garden Lawn & Patio- Delight in this lush, secluded outdoor space, ideal for a wedding ceremony or cocktail reception. The arbor, patio umbrellas, and Spanish fountain are key features, and everyone will enjoy the stunning mountain views.
Park Lawn- overlooking Alice Keck Park, voted the “prettiest park in Santa Barbara,” the Park Lawn also enjoys the backdrop of the mansion facade with its iconic front doors and balcony.
