Jane’s Restaurant is a family-owned and operated restaurant located in picturesque Downtown Santa Barbara between the Arlington and Granada Theaters. This is the perfect place for a rehearsal dinner and other large parties and events. An upstairs and downstairs seating area are accented with clean and simple decor and graced with long wooden tables perfect for large groups. The combination of traditional American family recipes and romantic ambience make for a delightful evening for all to enjoy.

This is a Reception Only Venue available for rental.

For private parties only set menus are available

Lunch:  $20-30/person

Dinner:  $40-50/person



The smaller upstairs area has a private room and a private and balcony available for parties of 15-40 people. The entire restaurant is available for a minimum of 50 people.



Jane’s Restaurant has an upstairs and a downstairs seating area as well as a private room and balcony. There is an option of renting the upstairs patio and/or private room at Jane’s Restaurant.



Restrooms are located inside the building.



Upon reservation for event, deposit and contract are required. The deposit is just the site fee, and contracts are negotiated for each party. Typically, Jane Restaurant will ask to put a card on file for any other fees that may occur outside initial site fees.


Time Allotments:

Jane’s Restaurant is available for reservations and staffing for events during normal business hours.

Business Hours:

Monday – Saturday

Lunch: 11:30pm -2:30pm

Dinner: 5:30pm -10:00 pm

Closed Sunday

There is free and paid parking along the street.



Outside music is allowed, during a whole restaurant buy-out.


Alcohol Policy:

Must be purchased through the restaurant, only beer and wine are available. No outside alcohol is allowed.


What is Provided:

Tables, chairs, silverware, candles, glass and staffing are all included in site fee.


Cancellation Policy:

For private room and/or balcony, 2 weeks notice for cancellation is required. There is no cancellation policy for entire restaurant buy out.

Located in the Funk Zone, the Art Foundry houses the Fox Wines tasting room, and boasts a 25 foot high barrel ceiling and large floor space. The Art Foundry is one of Santa Barbara’s finest art galleries, and has hosted many different kinds of events.

The Santa Barbara Art Foundry and Gallery is a reception only venue.

Event Space Rates:

The Foundry Event Space rental includes Foundry tours (available until 10 p.m.) and walking gallery tour (if requested). Tasting room rates not included. Break down and set up of gallery space is an additional $200 (for two hours). Rates subject to change depending amount of gallery space needed and guest count for event.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations can be made up to 60 days of Event Date, with full refund of Retainer Deposit. The Lessor will refund Renter the Retainer Deposit within five 5 working days of written cancellation. Any cancellation by Renter after the cancellation deadline will result in forfeiture of the Retainer Deposit. Any cancellation within 48 hours of Event Date will require balance of Rental Fee to be paid on or before Event Date.
