Coral and Navy Wedding at the Santa Barbara Historical Museum
Today’s beautiful outdoor wedding was set at the luxury Santa Barbara Historical Museum and captured by Grace Kathryn, an accomplished Santa Barbara wedding photographer. The wedding ceremony was decorated simply with bunches of eucalyptus tied with navy satin ribbon to the backs of chairs. Soft corals and pinks found in the bridesmaid’s and bridal bouquets, made by the wedding florists at Bloom Floral & Foliage, made for a perfect contrast with the floor-length navy bridesmaid dresses. During the ceremony, the bride and groom chose to partake in a wedding wine ceremony symbolizing the sharing in life’s experiences together.
At the reception, wedding lighting was skillfully hung by Santa Barbara’s Bella Vista Designs which created the perfect ambiance for the evening. Santa Barbara event rental company The Tent Merchant also helped to furnish the event. The reception started out with a bang as the bride and her father performed a choreographed wedding dance with an exciting routine involving basketballs. We wish we could have been there to see it live!
A delicious dinner was served by Savoir Faire Catering, a Santa Barbara wedding caterer, before the live band, The Caverns began. And, of course, who could forget dessert? A table full of delicious pastries prepared by Smithy Kitchen + Bar was available to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth.
