Slices of cheesecake at Santa Barbara wedding

The Santa Barbara Club never fails to dazzle us with its old-world charm and natural beauty. And, this wedding day at the venue in honor of Jennifer and Yung made it shine even more thanks to careful planning from Ann Johnson Events, florals from Alexis Ireland Florals, and rentals from Ventura Party Rentals.

The couple made us of the location’s library and Remington room to get ready before the festivities. Then, it was out to the garden and patio for bridal party photos before the outdoor ceremony underneath string lights and wicker lanterns. Nadeen Sparks snapped some pristine photos of the proceedings, capturing all the sweet emotions and the mountain range and palm trees spanning in the background.

Colors for the day were mostly sage and white with a few blue flowers added to the otherwise white arrangements. The reception took place in the same spot on the lawn as the ceremony and neutral-colored linens and decor paired with blue-patterned dishes created a classic yet modern look. For dessert, cheesecake drizzled with caramel sauce added a touch of sweetness to the affair. But, the real icing on the cake was the bride and groom’s end-of-night photo shoot featuring the bride’s second look of a silk halter top gown.
