Seasons Catering crafted nothing short of wedding magic with this immersive Industry Event showcase. In collaboration with Santa Barbara Wedding Style and Amazing Days Events, the team planned a day that was not only seamlessly executed but also exuded sophistication, enchantment, and culinary innovation.

As guests arrived to the picturesque Music Academy of the West—a venue filled with idyllic gardens and views of Santa Barbara’s Butterfly Beach—they were captivated from the beginning. Live statues courtesy of ElectriCirque Entertainment greeted them at the entrance and each attendee received both a hand-made invitation and a “choose your cocktail” coaster. The drinks were an experience in and of themselves, whipped up by the bartending whizzes at Flair Project. Cocktails and mocktail offerings also stood on an eye-catching display wall from Backdrop Boutique SB, each one telling its own story and also serving as escort cards for each guest.

Lunch was served on the manicured lawn where wooden rectangular tables and circular tables were arranged together, curated by Ventura Rentals. Green tablecloths from BBJ La Tavola and simple floral centerpieces played into the natural surroundings while modern touches like black serving ware and rippled glasses added to the clean aesthetic. As for the meal itself, it was displayed in French family style and each course was spelled out in an oval-shaped menu which also provided more information about the event’s amazing vendors. The fare was bursting with abundant colors and flavors with standouts like a house-made focaccia, Meditteranean ceviche, a Chicory salad, and Sunrise Farm squash.

Party Pleasers designed the dessert station with a keen eye, mixing pink florals with elevated displays and retro signs. The sweets included cupcakes, crostata, pudding, truffles, and more, and guests were invited to pair their treats with a specialty coffee straight from the Bottega Designs coffee cart. No one left the event with an empty stomach, or empty hands as event favors included spices, sauces, and homemade dressings all from Seasons Catering.

Wild West Florals, Coco Rose Design, and Fleur de Rye should all be celebrated for their floral contributions which brightened the event with an unmistakable vibrancy. And, a special thanks goes out to Zach + Dune Mendez for telling the whole story through the lens so it can be shared and enjoyed by an even wider audience.
