Modern Eclectic Meets Black Tie Wedding by Kiel Rucker

What a fun, modern wedding full of one-of-a-kind details shot by wedding photographer Kiel Rucker at Santa Barbara’s Canary Hotel! The bride wore a perfectly, simple strapless wedding ball gown and the groom, a classic black tux with a bowtie. All the florals were crafted by Precious and Blooming which included deep purple and white flowers with succulent accents throughout the wedding decor. At the ceremony, guests sat in acrylic ghost chairs as the couple tied the knot with a beautiful shot of the city and mountains in the background. The venue’s blue and white tiled and patterned wall made for some great photographs and the couple’s dog even joined them for the occasion.

The reception is where all the unique and colorful wedding details began to make their appearance. Reception tables featured a variety of textured table clothes, opalescent flatware and deep purple wine chalices from Otis and Pearl. Table placements were displayed on colorful coasters accompanied by unicorn succulent holders, and the same table held the cake with red geometrics shapes featured on the top tier.

Amazing Days  Events provided expert planning to make this day extra special for this couple.

From Kiel Rucker Photography:

Robyn and Jim wove elements from each phase of the their lives together into the details and experience of their wedding day.  Which of course included their two fur-babies as escorts for Robyn's sisters down the aisle. I almost want to to call this a "nouveux-modern-eclectic meets black-tie" aesthetic, you'll just have to take a closer look to understand.
