The Santa Barbara City College Maxwell Overlook is one of the most impressive ceremony spots throughout the city with its panoramic mountain and ocean views. And its beauty was certainly shining through for this couple’s special day. The pair stood in the center of a rose petal heart as they said their I do’s and later enjoyed a lavender-decorated reception at Santa Barbara’s world famous El Paseo Restaurant.
