Every year, on the first Friday of February, we observe National Wear Red Day to raise awareness about heart disease—the leading cause of death among women. This movement, led by the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign, encourages people to wear red to show their support for heart health and to spread the word about the importance of prevention and early detection.
