Located off Highway 150, near the quaint town of Carpinteria, with green meadows and ocean views. The idyllic location offers a large and private setting, with many features that can be utilized and curated to create your perfect event. The available event areas include a lush meadow, a large covered pavilion, an outdoor kitchen, and a large reception space. We also offer on-site accommodations for an additional fee including a spacious 3-bedroom house with ocean views.

Cancellation Policy: In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit shall be paid in the amount of $1,000. The deposit and half of venue fee must be received upon signing the contract. Make check payable to: Rincon Creek Ranch, LLC. After the event concludes, upon inspection of the venue and no damage has been discovered, the deposit will be refunded within twenty one (21) days following the event. There will be no refund if the client cancels after executing the contract. Failure to comply with any of the sections of this agreement will result in automatic forfeiture of the security deposit.
