How much do you want to spend per guest. They should know their guest cost.

People are more involved in their weddings. Grooms are far more involved.


What are 2 things you wish couples would do for every wedding?

Introduce themselves. A handwritten thank you note goes a long way.


To date, what wedding have you done that has made the top of your favorite list, and why?

There are so many! After thirteen years of business and catering over 4860 events, they all start to gel together. I remember this wedding at Swallow Creek with orchids that was amazing. The sun was coming down. It was private and magical.
