Phases of the Moon Wedding By Elizabeth Messina

With the stunning backdrop of Sunstone Villa, the couple said “I Do” in front of family and friends. Flowerwild created lush garden inspired flowers with full blown open roses in tones of white, taupe, apricot, blush, with pops of pink. Ceremony featured elegant lavender plants potted in stone urns. At the reception, inspired by the phases of the moon the intricate wedding cake featured a hand painted moon, and, on the tables, crescent moons served as the seating cards. Elizabeth Messina photographed the wedding and  Merryl Brown Events planned the wedding. From Merryl: “We incorporated features that celebrated the phases of the moon and other planetary elements, using soft and subtle tones, amazing flowers, gorgeous Italian china, and locally sourced foods from the celebrated Los Alamos Full of Life Flatbread.”
