Condor Ridge Ranch is a unique  ranch chic wedding location perched on the Gaviota Coast with beautiful views of the Pacific Coastline and foothills. This outlandish venue sits in the middle of an organic suptropical tree fruit farm.

This outdoor wedding location can easily host your ceremony and reception for up to 200 guests.  It features a grassy amphitheater for your ceremony, a deck overlooking a large pond, and  a barn complete with catering kitchen facilities and event restrooms.

 

 

 

 

Additional amenities include permanent lighting, a cantilevered deck over the pond (ideal dancefloor), and a barn with facilities (restrooms, staging area for bridal party, and a partial kitchen facility for caterers).

Areas: Immediate Area around the pond/barn

Time allotments: Clients can begin their event as early as they would like. Music just needs to be turned off and guests shuttled home by 11pm.
Rentals Set up usually the Friday prior to the event and strike the Monday following the event

Catering: Hire a professional caterer.

Restroom: Facilities are available onsite.

Rental requirements: Rentals can be delivered on Friday and struck on Monday.

Parking: Guests need to be shuttled from a common point (such as a hotel) to the location or a valet parking service must be used.

Music: Amplified music is allowed until 11pm

Alcohol Policy: A licensed company must serve alcohol

What is Provided: Bridal changing room, restrooms, partial catering kitchen (sink, counter space, small fridge), santa maria style BBQ’s, teak furniture, lighting, power, water.

Decorations: They are allowed as long as there are no open flames. Also nothing can be affixed to the trees.

Insurance: “additionally insured” in addition to the transportation company for day of event insurence.

Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate circumstance of having to cancel your confirmed booking at anytime prior to the event, CRR will make every effort to re-sell the facilities on the selected date on your behalf. If the use of the site can not be rescheduled to another person on the designated date at the same or greater fee, the following cancellation charges are applicable:
o   If the event is cancelled by the Host at any time prior to 14 days of the scheduled date, 50% of the entire quoted rate, less the amount of any fee derived from a leasing of the site by another person or organization if the new fee is not equal to or greater than the herein fees for the use of the site. The $250.00 cleanup security deposit shall be fully refunded to Host.
o   If for any reason the event is cancelled by the Host within 14 days of the date of the event 100% of the quoted rates is immediately due and payable. The $250.00 cleanup security shall be fully refunded to host.
o   All notices of cancellation must be in writing and delivered in person to Kristen Ruskey at Condor Ridge Ranch or by email to be effective. Notice by email shall be sent to Kristen.ruskey@gmail.com.  The date of the cancellation shall be the date of the personal delivery of the written notice or receipt of the email.
