A few months ago, Felici Events blogged about Santa Barbara’s new overnight accommodations, Hotel Indigo. This boutique and unique hotel houses a satellite branch location for the Contemporary Arts Forum, a unique and boutique location to host a reception, cocktail party, rehearsal dinner or engagement fete.

Located in the beautiful downtown Santa Barbara area, the Santa Barbara Contemporary Arts Forum is an alluring, prestigious, classy venue for a wide array of special events. The gallery provides an exceptional space that combines world-class art exhibitions, an unparalleled atmosphere, and a convenient downtown location.

The building’s inviting modern interior and prestigious location, along with its state-of-the-art facilities make the Contemporary Arts forum conducive for celebrations and events in a cocktail style reception.  They do let you know in advance what type of artwork they expect to displayed, in order for the client to plan their layout appropriately.

All space rentals require appropriate permits and the employment of a CAF appointed gallery attendant. A 50% deposit is required two weeks prior to the event.Time Allotments:
CAF rents out space either by the hour or by an entire evening.Catering:
If serving food, a valid Health Permit must be obtained from the Santa Barbara County Public Health Department (if applicable).Parking:
Parking is available in a convenient parking structure adjacent to CAF.Music:
The gallery provides state-of-the-art audio equipment.Alcohol Policy:
A signed and stamped temporary ABC Daily License is required if wine, beer, or liquor will be served. Red wine is not permitted in the gallery.What is Provided:
The gallery provides state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment. Renting parties may utilize CAF installers for assistance with lighting, audio/visual, and/or event set-up for a rate of $30/hour.Decoration:

Cancellation Policy:
