Recently, I went with a friend to try out the Little Rainbow Foot Spa downtown on State Street.  Here they provide massages which revert back from ancient Chinese History. They offer many different kinds of herbs used for soaking, they offer Reflexology for the feet, ankles and shoulders with a multitude of services reasonably priced ranging from $15 for a foot massage to $40 for a full body massage.

Foot massages are much more than just a foot rub, it is the ancient art of Chinese Reflexology…Reflexology Foot, Reflexology Ankle and Reflexology Shoulder helps relieve pain and stiffness. Relieve emotional tension and eliminate toxins.

My experience was good, and overall I found it to be a fun and semi-relaxing activity for a bridal party the week-end of the wedding.  Ideal to accomodate large groups in one room, this affordable outing is sure to help regenerate and relax you from head to toe before the walk down the aisle.
