Photography and Styling by: Lavender & Twine

A note from the bride-to-be:

On Christmas Eve, Luke asked me to marry him.  He gave me a big, wrapped present that opened to reveal another wrapped gift inside.  I opened box after box until I eventually got to the last one, which was a small Tiffany’s bag.  Inside I found a gold heart locket.  To my surprise when I opened the locket it read “Marry Me.”  I looked to Luke and he was down on one knee with the ring.

We decided on a vintage Valentine’s inspired engagement shoot to go along with the ‘heart’ theme.  We conveyed the idea to our photographers, Lavender & Twine, and let them arrange and design the shoot.  They choose a perfect location at a lush and rustic park.  On the day of shoot, Luke and I were blown away by their creativity as our vision came to life.  What we loved most about our Valentine’s engagement shoot was the playfulness, love, & passion that was brought out in us and illustrated in our pictures.
