When you have the dream team of vendors, you have all the makings of a dream wedding. And this vendor team? And, there's the Bride's custom Lazaro wedding dress — talk about a dream wedding!
From The Bride:
We always knew we'd get married by the ocean. Being that we both grew up in Los Angeles, we knew we wanted to highlight the West Coast's splendor. Some of the key interests that brought us together were our love for all things LA, fashion, and history. Bacara was our perfect venue since it exemplified the amazing beauty SoCal has to offer with breathtaking views of the Pacific, its rich Spanish and coastal history, and serene elegance. We wanted to shine just as much as our venue, so part of the fun of the wedding process was our style picks for the Big Day! The wedding dress was a custom Lazaro paired alongside a brilliant blue tux from Theory. We both are passionate about shoes, so we thought it would be a romantic touch to classically match in Christian Louboutins. Our wedding party elegantly reflected the colors we used throughout our wedding process, making sure to tie in everything from our invitations, flowers, and overall decor. It was only natural for us to want to share our fashion passion with our guests, so we decided to get our logo emblazoned on cool black sunglasses as wedding favors! We all enjoyed the sunny Santa Barbara coast in style!
We envisioned a balance of both classically elegant and modern elements throughout our wedding. Our florals reflected the sophisticated softer side of garden roses paired with the more contemporary, playful anemone and blue thistle all fused with grayish greens like eucalyptus and dusty miller. We used our logo, a stylized script A and I representing our initials, throughout our website, invitations, signage, menus and our wedding favors. The predominant colors we adhered to were a classic, bright white and a darker, slate blue. Our vendors really captured our vision of integrating classic and modern elements to produce the perfect amalgamation of our styles.
