The Great Meadows on West Campus is a full field open to numerous creative possibilities for a memorable wedding ceremony. With its gigantic space and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding mountains, the Great Meadows can accommodate an unlimited number of guests.

Alcohol Policy: The client can provide, based on SBCC alcohol policy and approval.

Time Allotments: Rental is based on a three-hour window. Any additional hour is $350 per hour.

Decorations: Personalized signage and decorations are permitted, and they must be removed at the end of the event. For any special requests, please notify Community Services prior to your scheduled event.

Cancellation Policy: After the contract is signed, there is a minimum penalty of 25% of the fee for cancellation. 120 to 60 days prior to the date, 50% of the fee is charged as a penalty. There is no refund with less than 60 days’ notice. Cancellations must be in writing. If inclement weather or campus maintenance work forces cancellation of the event, you will receive a full refund. If there are maintenance problems in the reserved area, the college will attempt to offer an alternate campus location. The renter has the right to refuse the location and receive a full refund.
