Zaca Mesa Winery is a magnificent wine-country venue located in Los Olivos, California. The winery, which was established in 1973 and is the third winery founded in the region, producing some of the finest wines in Santa Barbara County. The estate vineyard is also recognized as SIP (Sustainability in Practice) Certified for its decades-long commitment to holistic and respectful environmental practices.

The estate, which can accommodate up to 200 guests, offers various indoor and outdoor celebration areas for weddings, birthday parties, corporate seminars, and other special events. From the vineyard lawn for wedding ceremonies to the Lounge & Terrace for birthday celebrations or the brand-new View Room for corporate events, Zaca Mesa Winery has everything to make your event a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Restrooms Available on Site?: Yes, the property includes two restrooms, each with 2 stalls, for use during Events. For Events of more than 120 people, ZM includes additional portable toilet(s) at ZM’s expense.

Alcohol Policy: The site is licensed to only serve wines produced onsite and couples are required to purchase a minimum quantity of cases of ZM or TREAD wine for its event. With prior written approval, beer or sparkling wine (for a toast) may be served by your catering company. Spirits and outside wine are not allowed. Last Call will take place 45 minutes before the Event’s contracted end time. Drink service will conclude 30 minutes before the contracted end time.

Additional hours may be contracted at an additional fee.

Decorations: Non-organic decorations are not allowed, including sparklers, confetti, glitter, rice, and birdseed. Client may not use nails or screws to adhere decorations to the winery windows, walls, pergola, trees, or landscaping. Fireworks are not permitted at the venue. No open flames are allowed on premises unless in hurricane enclosed glass.

Cancellation Policy: written or e-mailed notification must be received by ZM at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date in to receive any refund.
