Baby Blue and White Wedding with Vows on the Courthouse Steps
Today’s event is the quintessential Santa Barbara wedding starting with a ceremony at the city’s Courthouse and ending with a dreamy reception at the esteemed Santa Barbara Club - both located in the heart of downtown. Wedding invitations, bridesmaid dresses, and reception table linens, all followed the the color scheme of baby blue, and Anna Le Pley Taylor supplied locally grown flower arrangements, consisting mostly of fresh white roses.
Two stylish ring bearers preceded the bride down the aisle sporting sunglasses, bowties, and suspenders. The ceremony took place on the steps of the courthouse and also included a tree watering ceremony symbolizing growth and nurturing of the marriage to help it grow. Santa Barbara’s Anna Delores Photography was there to catch all the special moments.
Ventura Rentals provided seating and tables for the event, and the outdoor reception at the Santa Barbara Club was covered in string lights hung from the trees. Hilary Elizabeth Lettering added an eye-catching detail to the reception tables with custom blue and white tiles for each guest. DJ Zeke helped to pack the dance floor and, of course, no wedding is complete without a heavenly wedding cake - plus the I Like Pie Bake Shop took it one step further by also providing mini pies topped with chocolate chip cookies. All was made possible by the Santa Barbara event coordinators at Amazing Days Events.
