Couple's sweetheart table at winery reception

At Zaca Mesa Winery in Los Olivos, California, this couple’s wedding was a beautiful blend of natural elegance and personal flair. The ceremony took place outside with rows of vineyards stretching out in the background, setting the perfect scene for a heartfelt exchange of vows. Green details like the bridesmaids' soft sage dresses and the table runners brought a refreshing, earthy vibe to the event.

Afterward, guests moved to an outdoor cocktail hour hosted by Pour Boys Bartenders before shifting into the View Room for the reception, where natural wood tables created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The sweetheart table, beautifully adorned with florals from Renae’s Bouquet, stood out with its pops of red and white, bringing a bold contrast to the rustic setting.

There were playful touches throughout the day, with subtle Star Wars Easter eggs hidden in the decor and even a lightsaber send-off to cap off the evening. The couple also took time to snap some photos in front of the iconic wine barrels, a perfect spot to capture the essence of the venue. The dessert spread featured a stunning cake and an array of cupcakes from The Solvang Bakery, offering a sweet treat for every guest.

Behind the scenes, a talented group of vendors helped bring the vision to life. Planning and design were done by Rose to the Occasions Events, photography and videography were covered by Cobblestone Productions, Lucca Truck tackled catering, and rentals came from Syv Elite Events. Plus, we can’t forget about the entertainment from SBWS member DJ Scott Topper Productions.
