Originally a farmhouse built in 1916, the welcoming and versatile Live Oak Unitarian Universalist Congregation offers a seamless indoor/outdoor flow, perfect for a variety of events. The light-infused, modern Sanctuary features gleaming wood flooring and excellent acoustics, making it an ideal setting for both intimate and larger gatherings. With the ability to Zoom in guests from afar, it provides flexibility for remote participation. The Fellowship Hall offers additional space with flooring suitable for both dining and dancing. Sun-warmed patios and terraces further enhance the venue's charm. The Outdoor Sanctuary features amphitheater seating, a seven-turn labyrinth, a Memorial Garden, fruit trees, and glowing bistro lighting, creating a serene and picturesque setting. Located in a semi-rural neighborhood in Goleta, the venue has earned recognition as the "Best Affordable Venue" by Here Comes the Guide.

Decorations: We have a Tree of Life archway that can be decorated by your florist. Decor, including flowers and candles, are up to the couple and/or wedding planner/event coordinator.

Cancellation Policy: $300 security deposit and 50% of rental fees are due at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 prior to the event. If the event is canceled more than 30 days prior to the event, 100% of the security deposit is forfeited, but the rental fee is returned in full. If canceled 30 days or less from the event, 100% of the security deposit is forfeited plus 50% of rental fee.
