October Wedding Ceremony at Santa Barbara City College’s Bagish Overlook

A fall breeze and the soothing sound of ocean waves set the stage for a breathtaking wedding at Santa Barbara City College’s Bagish Overlook. Tucked behind a grassy mound within the Great Meadow, this hidden gem offered the couple an intimate and romantic escape with panoramic views of the Pacific. Low trees framed the circular stone patio, creating a secluded haven where guests nestled into the built-in seating, while others gathered atop the hill overlooking Leadbetter Beach. As the bride gracefully walked down the pathway in her elegant A-line gown, her bridesmaids in dusty blue dresses and the groom’s party in grey suits awaited her beneath the overcast October sky.

The bouquets, bursting with wildflowers in an array of hues, perfectly complemented the natural beauty of the setting. Every detail of the day—crafted with care by the savvy bride herself—reflected a harmonious blend of simplicity and sophistication.
